Sri padaya ⛰️

 

Sri Pada, also known as Adam’s Peak, is a famous mountain in Sri Lanka. It is about 2,243 meters high. The mountain is well known for the sacred footprint at the top. Buddhists believe it is the footprint of Lord Buddha.



Sri Pada is a sacred mountain, and many people visit it every year. It is a very special and beautiful place. I climbed the mountain with my family. The journey was long and a little difficult, but it was very enjoyable. As I went up, I felt happy and peaceful. It is a place that makes you want to visit again and again. The cool air and natural beauty are amazing. When I reached the top, I felt very proud. Watching the sunrise was the best moment of my trip. Sri Pada is a place I will never forget. I went there last year, and it was my third time visiting this sacred mountain.

  Kandy Esela Perehara The Kandy Esela Perehara is unique culturel event in Sri Lanka.This is held every year in August. Many dancers and drumers participate in this. It is the dream of many dancers  to dance ina Esela Perahara. That's a dream of mine too........But I was able to make that dream come true. 🥹🫶 I participated in the Kandy Esela Perahara in last year.. I joined Peter Surasena sir's  wes dance group to play drums.   And that was the happiest day of my life......
